Ali Altynbaev, a graduate of Turan University, has been appointed deputy head of the NSC

Ali Altynbayev has served as Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance since May 2021.

Ali Altynbaev was born in 1979 in the Almaty region. He is a graduate of the University “Turan” specialty “Jurisprudence”.

He began his career in 2001 in the position of and. about. tax inspector of the department of indirect taxes of the Tax Committee for the Enbekshikazakh region.

• In 2001-2009, he held various positions in the Tax Committee for the Enbekshikazakh region.
• In 2009-2010, he was the head of the department for the audit of legal entities of the Tax Audit Office of the Tax Department for the Almaty region.
• In 2010, he was the head of the department of the center for receiving and processing information from individual entrepreneurs of the Tax Administration for the Turksib district of Almaty.
• In 2010-2014, he held various positions in the Tax Department in Almaty.
• In 2014-2015, he held senior positions in the State Revenue Department for Almaty.
• In 2015-2017, he was the head of the State Revenue Office for the Alatau district of Almaty.
• In 2017-2019, he was the head of the State Revenue Office for the Nauryzbai district of Almaty.
• In 2019-2020 – Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for Almaty of the State Revenue Committee.
• In 2020-2021 – Head of the Department of Economic Investigations for Almaty of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
• From March to May 2021, he worked as the head of the Economic Investigation Department for Almaty of the Financial Monitoring Agency.
