Opening of a project office at Turan University

As part of the Project Management Week, a Project Office was opened at Turan University, together with the Union of Project Managers and the International Academy of Informatization.

The main tasks of the project office are:

• training of teachers and students in the basics of project management, with the further possibility of obtaining professional certification;
• providing methodological support, building efficient processes;
• involvement of stakeholders and discussion by various groups of project development issues;
• training of employees, contributing to the transformation of a corporate culture focused on results;
• implementation of IT systems for monitoring project portfolios and timely adoption of necessary management actions.
