Typical errors and violations in the accounting statements of the Russian Federation

As part of the cooperation of the Department of Accounting and Auditing with Dagestan State University, on January 30, 2023, a guest lecture for undergraduates on the topic “Typical errors and violations detected by control and audit bodies according to accounting and reporting data” was held in an online format by a Doctor of Economics, Professor, head of the Department of «Economic Security, Analysis and Audit»   Nazirkhan Hajiyev. The topic of the guest lecture aroused professional interest, and undergraduates actively discussed possible errors and violations in the accounting statements of the Russian Federation and the financial statements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As a result of an active discussion, undergraduates with Professor N.G. Hajiyev identified similar situations in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, which once again proves the need to comply with strict rules when forming reports.
