Meeting of the final year students of the department «Tourism and Service» with a representative of the Сertification center at KTA and KAGiR

Akhiyarova Zaituna Tokhtarovna, director of the certification center of the hospitality industry at KTA and KAGiR, on February 10, 2023, told students of the educational programs «Tourism» and «Restaurant and Hotel business» about the possibilities of confirming competencies within their qualifications, about the advantages of employment with a diploma and certificate. Certification gives graduates social stability and mobility in the labor market; advantages in employment; the ability to easily adapt in the production process; the possibility of obtaining a higher salary; planning your career and further development.

KTA and KAGiR were among the first to begin work on the implementation of the national qualifications framework in Kazakhstan with the support of the ETF back in 2005, and industry certification was the logical conclusion of this process. LLP «Certification Center of the Hospitality Industry» (SCIG) has been certifying specialists since 2016 and was included in the register of certification centers of  NCE RK «Atameken».
