Demonstrative trial of the department “Jurisprudence and international law”

On February 21, 2023, Associate Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Ph.D. Bekov K.A. for students of the college “Turan” held a demonstration trial in a civil case on compensation for losses caused to a citizen by illegal conviction.

Having developed the plot of the case, the 3rd year students of the OP “Jurisprudence” themselves acted as a judge, prosecutor, lawyer, plaintiff, defendant and representatives of the plaintiff and defendant.

In the course of a demonstration trial, all the subtleties of conducting a court session were demonstrated using the example of specific civil cases. The process continued in the “questions – answers” format, the students asked their questions, which were given exhaustive answers and gave interesting examples from judicial practice.
