Guest lecture with practices

On April 13, 2023, a guest lecture was held for students of the specialties “Jurisprudence” and “International Law” of the University “Turan” on the topic “Basic rules and principles of enforcement proceedings”. The lecture was prepared and conducted by Myrzaly Raimbek and Zhusipbekov Bisultan, Chief Specialist and Leading Specialist of the Division for Enforcement Proceedings of the Department of Justice of Almaty City.

The organizer of the guest lecture is PhD, Deputy Head of the Department “Jurisprudence and IL” Dzhumabayeva K.A.

This lecture aroused great interest among the students, and many questions were asked within its framework. Future lawyers will benefit from lectures given by practitioners. Students got a unique opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice on the issues of consideration of enforcement proceedings.
