Students of the Turan University honored the memory of veterans of the Great Patriotic War

On May 9, 2023, students of Turan University honored the memory of veterans of the Great Patriotic War. They visited the pensioners and presented them with basic necessities to support them on this significant day.

Students visited veterans of the Second World War, namely Amrin Oraz (13.11.1936), Abdullina Kulban (20.02.1936), Akhmetov Razia (16.03.1933), Mendiyarova Rayhan (05.04.1930), Beisenova Say (16.07.1937).

During the visit, they spent time with veterans, listened to their stories about how they fought for the Motherland, and in general, we showed the veterans that their contribution to our country is appreciated and respected.

For the students of Turan University, this action was a manifestation of gratitude to the veterans who gave their youth and health to protect our Motherland. The charity event showed how students can show their gratitude and respect for those who defended our Motherland during the Great Patriotic War.
