Art therapy in the library

On October 17, the “BiblioART: Neurographics” master class was held at the “Turan” Library.

Using simple shapes and curved lines, participants immersed themselves in an incredibly creative atmosphere and learned how to relieve stress.

The master class was conducted by Anel Bolatovna Sadykova, a practicing psychologist, PhD doctoral student at the “Turan” University.

ㅤ

At the meeting, participants learned the history of neurography, mastered the basic methods of work, and created their first drawing.
