The Department of Psychology with colleagues from Germany conducted a two-day training “Manage stress with optimism”

On November 4-5, Turan University hosted a stress management training “Manage stress with optimism”!

 

Trainer: Dr. Alena Garber – Associate Professor, Psychotherapist, Certified Psychologist Consultant in Systemic Psychotherapy and Family Counseling, social psychotherapist for working with addicts, expert on the use of communication models in trainings, in coaching practice and psychological counseling, psycho-oncologist, as well as the author of the training program “Manage stress with optimism” in Russian, certified trainer with the right to train trainers in the program “Manage stress with optimism” (Hesse, Germany).

 

The training was attended by undergraduate students, master’s students, as well as doctoral students of the Educational Program 8D03101 – “Psychology”.
