On February 23, 2024, a scientific conference was held, organized by the University of Turan, the International Scientific Council Poland-Kazakhstan and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland. The conference was a continuation of the tradition that began of holding joint discussions of international issues since 2023 by scientists from Kazakhstan and Poland.
The purpose of this conference was to discuss the danger of modern conflicts and wars, which threaten to destabilize the Eurasian region and destroy the modern international order.
The conference was attended by consuls of the USA, Lithuania, Germany, Hungary, as well as scientists and researchers from Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania and Kazakhstan (Turan University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University).
The conference was moderated by the Consul General of the Republic of Poland Jozef Tymanowski and the head of the Department of Regional Studies and International Relations at the University of Turan Zhengisbek Tolen. The moderators confirmed the importance of preserving and strengthening international security and peace throughout the Eurasian region. The US Consul General, Ms. Michelle Erkin, and the Consul General of the Republic of Lithuania, Mr. Gvidas Kerušauskas, delivered welcoming remarks to the conference participants.

As a result of the conference, researchers made recommendations for preventing conflicts in the world.
