Congratulations to the winners of the V International Distance Olympiad on the educational program “Tourism”!

Congratulations to the team of the university “Turan” “Star named Sun” consisting of: Sokolova S.S., Kazimova D.J., Nikolaev A.A., who took the II prize-winning place in the V International Distance Olympiad in the educational program “Tourism”. The Olympiad is held annually on the basis of Karaganda University named after academician E.A. Buketov. This year 9 teams from Kazakhstan and CIS countries took part in the competition. To participate in the competition, the teams had to develop a tourist route for the I round, as well as to make a video on the proposed areas in the II round.

The 4th year students of the specialization “Tourism” prepared a presentation and a video clip for the Olympiad on the basis of their diploma project, devoted to immersive technologies in excursion activity, thus confirming the relevance of the chosen topic.
