Guest lecture «Prevention of administrative offenses»

On February 28, 2024, T.A. Toktybekov, associate professor of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law at Turan University. a guest lecture was organized by the chief specialist of the department of sanitary and hygienic supervision of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Bostandyk District of Almaty, Chimbulatov Takhir, for 2nd year students of the OP “Jurisprudence” on the topic “Prevention of Administrative Offences”.

During the meeting, the students were explained the principle of operation of the official Tablet for bringing individuals and legal entities to administrative responsibility in the course of identifying violations in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Current issues of state inspection activities after the lifting of the moratorium on scheduled and unscheduled inspections of entrepreneurship were reflected. Students actively asked questions to the invited practitioner, to which comprehensive answers were given.
