According to the Rules for conferring academic titles (associate professor, professor), approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011, No. 128, the Academic Council of  Turan University places the certificate and the list of scientific publications of Belginova Saule Askerbekovna for conferring the academic title of associate professor in the specialty “21100 – Computer Science and Informatics”.
