A graduate of Turan University headed the Department of Entrepreneurship and Investments of the city of Almaty

On July 1, 2024, the press service of the Almaty akimat reported that Alisher Satybaldiev was appointed head of the city’s entrepreneurship and investment department.

Alisher Satybaldiev was born on February 19, 1990 in Almaty. Graduated from Turan University in the educational program “Jurisprudence”.

He began his career in 2012 as a chief specialist, then head of the department of the “Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Regulation” in Almaty.

In 2016-2017, he held senior positions in business structures and non-governmental organizations.

In 2017-2019, he worked as deputy head of the department for the implementation of environmental programs of the State Institution “Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Regulation of the East Kazakhstan Region”.

In 2019-2021 he held the position of deputy akim of Zhetysu district of Almaty. In 2021, he worked as advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board, Chief of the apparatus of the Chairman of the Management Board of Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Almaty JSC. Since May 2022, he worked as General Director, Chairman of the Board of industrial zone Almaty LLP.
