The Higher School of Law of “Turan” University held debates on the relevant topic “Legal Aspects of Addiction: Modern Approaches to Drug and Gambling Regulation.” Students from leading universities of Kazakhstan participated in the event, including “Turan” University, K. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University, Kazakhstan-British Technical University, and K. Sagadiev International Business University. The debates became an important platform for discussing contemporary challenges in regulating drug addiction and gambling, as well as legal approaches to addressing these issues.
