Guest lecture: “The procedure for the selection of personnel in the judicial system” at the Turan University Graduate School of Law

On January 13, 2025, the Turan University Graduate School of Law hosted a guest lecture for graduate students on the topic: “The procedure for the selection of personnel in the judicial system.” Representatives of the judicial system were invited to the event, who shared their experience and gave valuable recommendations to future specialists in the field of law: Asimova Kalbinur Turlinovna, Head of the Personnel Management Department (HR Department) of the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Almaty.; Myrzakhan Darkhan Yerlanuly, Head of the press Service Department of the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty; Ualikhanov Zhanara Ualikhanov, judge of the Medeu District Court of Almaty; Madieva Gulsara Kaidarovna, judge of the Medeu District Court of Almaty. During the lecture, the key aspects of personnel selection in the judicial system, the requirements for candidates, the stages of competitive selection and the professional qualities necessary for successful work in the judicial system were highlighted in detail.
