Programming and Robotics Competition among schoolchildren and college students “Programming and Robotics”
On January 27, 2025, applications for participation in the annual programming and robotics competition among schoolchildren in grades 9–11 and college students of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized by Turan University, begin.
Competition goals:
- Promoting the development of creative abilities of young people in the field of computer science and programming.
- Promoting science and increasing interest in IT specialties.
- Development of key competencies such as communication and information skills.
Participation in the competition:
- The competition is open to schoolchildren in grades 9–11 and college students.
- To participate, you must submit your application and project by February 15, 2025.
- Projects are accepted electronically to the specified email address: r.alenova@turan-edu.kz. Please indicate “Competition 2025” in the subject line of the email.
Project requirements:
- Works must be original and consistent with the theme of the competition.
- Projects are accepted in PPTX or PDF formats.
- Amount of work: from 200 KB to 20 MB.
- One participant can submit only one project.
Prizes and awards:
The winners and runners-up of the competition will receive diplomas and prizes:
- 1st place – Yandex smart speakers with virtual assistant Alice
- 2nd place – Wireless headphones
- 3rd place – Portable speaker
There will also be a drawing for additional prizes.
