Guest lecture with Mansur Mudakulov, employee of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in China (1992–2000)

On February 6, 2025, Turan University hosted a guest lecture on “Practical issues of the functioning of a diplomatic mission.” The guest of honor at the meeting was Mansur Mudakulov, an employee of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in China in 1992-2000. Safonova Olga Nikolaevna, PhD in Law, Associate Professor at the Higher School of Law, also took part in the discussion.

The lecture was held in a live communication format. The guests shared their experience in the diplomatic field, talked about the specifics of the embassies’ activities, and the difficulties faced by diplomats. The students showed great interest in the topic, asked questions about the intricacies of diplomatic etiquette, the specifics of conducting negotiations and building international cooperation. The lecture turned out to be informative and informative, allowing future lawyers to better understand the practical side of diplomatic activity.
