From September 3, 2024, to February 3, 2025, Ayaulym Alimbekova, a 4th-year student of the Information Systems Educational Institution, studied under the academic mobility program at the partner university Obuda University (Budapest, Hungary).
Ayalym Alimbekova studied under a grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which the state covered four main items of expenses: airfare (round trip), accommodation, medical insurance and consular fee.
During her studies, Ayalym Alimbekova became acquainted with the university, its history, and its infrastructure. Throughout the program, she developed adaptation and independence skills, successfully overcoming new academic challenges, including studying complex subjects and mastering new technologies. In addition to her studies, Ayalym took part in international student events, which allowed her to meet people from different cultures, broaden her horizons, and establish valuable connections. One of the main highlights of studying in Europe was the opportunity to travel to countries such as Austria, Italy, Spain, France, the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Slovakia.
According to Ayalym, studying abroad made her more confident, adaptable, and prepared to tackle complex tasks.
