The Higher School of Marketing and Logistics invited an expert in the field of digital marketing, Damir Gaitov, to conduct a master class for final-year students majoring in Marketing at Almaty colleges

On February 21, 2025, the Higher School «Marketing and Logistics» of the «Turan» University organized and held a master class for final year students of the specialty «Marketing» of colleges in Almaty. Master class on the theme: «Digital Marketing: Specialists and Competencies» (about specialties of digital marketing, competencies of specialists and how they can be developed). Speaker: Damir Gaitov – Team Lead Project Manager at Netpeak Kazakhstan, an expert in digital marketing with 13 years of experience, specializing in performance marketing and project management. He spoke about services and projects of Netpeak Kazakhstan Internet Marketing Agency, about specialties in digital marketing, professional skills and key competencies of specialists, their Hard and Soft skills. The speaker conducted a workshop for the participants. Each team was given a task to analyze a specific situational problem, form a digital team for the project and select specialists, identify their skills.

The event was attended by students of «Turan» College, Almaty State Business College and Narkhoz College, as well as 3rd and 4th year students of Marketing program of «Turan» University. The master class aroused keen interest and positive responses of the colleges. They actively participated in the discussion and expressed their opinions. The speaker’s speech was held at a high scientific and theoretical level, was very interesting, informative, cognitive and useful for students. All participants of the master class were given certificates.
