On March 20, 2026, a cultural event dedicated to the celebration of Наурыз was held for international students of the Foundation program (A1 and A2 groups) by the teacher Zhappar Karlygash Zeinelovna.
The event was attended by students from Zambia, Vietnam, Oman, the USA, and France. During the meeting, the participants learned about the history and significance of the holiday, its traditions, and the symbolism of renewal. The teacher explained how Nauryz is celebrated in Kazakhstan, what customs are associated with it, and why it is so important.
A special atmosphere was created by a traditional dastarkhan with national dishes, which the teacher personally prepared and arranged. The students enjoyed the food and learned more about Kazakh cuisine and traditions of hospitality.
The event was lively and engaging: the students watched a video about Nauryz, worked with texts in their native languages by translating them into Russian to reinforce their learning, and listened to Kazakh national songs.
The celebration left warm and vivid impressions on the students, helping them not only learn more about the culture of Kazakhstan but also truly feel the spirit of Nauryz.
