Turan University represented Kazakhstan at Triple Helix International Conference, Sao Paulo, Brazil

From June 16 to 18, 2021 at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, the XIX International Triple Helix Conference was held on the theme “Innovation for a sustainable world: science and technology to enhance the world for the future generations”. The Republic of Kazakhstan at this conference was represented by the Turan University, which is the Kazakhstan representative office of the Triple Helix Association, within the framework of a long-term agreement with Triple Helix Chapter Kazakhstan, Italy.

The speaker of the session “Model Triple Helix at the Regional Level: Triple Helix Chapters” was successfully made by Vice-Rector for External Relations and Doctoral Studies Tayauova Gulzhanat. In presentation, the delegate from Kazakhstan presented the innovative infrastructure of the economy of Kazakhstan, the factors hindering the interaction of business, the state and universities and the development of entrepreneurial universities in Kazakhstan and the innovative activity of Turan University. During the Conference, participants discuss issues of interaction between business, government and universities, ways of cooperation and innovative development of entrepreneurship at universities.
