Seminar on IFRS: Auditors’ view

Every year, the IASB updates international financial Reporting Standards: it issues both new documents and additions to existing standards.

Thus, on August 26, 2022, the Chamber of Auditors organized a seminar for members of the Chamber of Auditors and teachers of the Accounting and Audit Department of Turan University. Speaker Rozinkina E. acquainted the audience with the changes in IFRS and showed in detail the application of the changes in practice using examples. She compared the new interpretation of IFRS with the previously applied categories under IFRS 16 and IFRS 3.

One of the proposals of the Chamber of Auditors was the creation of advanced training courses for novice accountants and auditors on the basis of Turan University.
