WE TEACH
- apply the theory of public administration, state and international standards, the regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public administration, as well as analyze and monitor the implementation of government strategic documents and programs;
- application of strategic planning and forecasting tools to analyze macroeconomic processes, budgeting, analysis of strategic indicators, evaluation of the effectiveness of state plans, socio-economic planning at all levels of the economy;
- in the field of document management in the field of public administration in accordance with the established national regulatory and methodological requirements, including in the field of public procurement, filling out tender applications, execution of personnel administration documents;
- assessment of national security, development of anti-crisis management strategies, the use of effective anti-corruption technologies and the introduction of digital technologies in public administration;
- to determine the features of the activities of local executive bodies of public administration, to determine the work of organizational, legal and logistical support of local authorities, to manage the strategy of sustainable development of territories, to analyze financial and economic indicators;
- interaction and management decisions with government agencies, civil society, business, citizens.
