Round table on the topic: “Prospects and the future of Kazakhstan”

On April 25, 2022, the Department of Regional Studies and International Relations held a round table dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan and “Turan” University on the topic: “Prospects and the future of Kazakhstan”.

The round table discussed the Message of President K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “New Kazakhstan: the path of renewal and modernization”, the prospects and stability of Kazakhstan in the near future, as well as topical issues of Kazakhstan’s foreign policy.

The experts were: Bekbutaev B.A., Isaev A., Matishev R., Kasenov F. According to their opinion, Kazakhstan is in front of big changes in various spheres of politics, economy and social relations.

Head of the department Tolen Zh.M. noted the need for meetings of students, teachers with experts to discuss topical issues of domestic and foreign policy of Kazakhstan.

During the round table, students and teachers of the university spoke in favor of continuing the format of the “round table” on the study of relevant issues of the development of the Republic.
