XV Republican Subject Olympiad by specialty «Cinematography»

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the University «Turan», the Higher School «Turan Film Academy» from April 17 to April 21, 2023 holds the XV Republican subject Olympiad in the specialty «Cinematography».

The main goal of the subject Olympiad is to demonstrate professional skills, show creativity and high culture, mastery of professional skills, the ability to apply modern technologies in the field of operator’s skill in practice.

Students of creative universities traditionally take part in this Olympiad: the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, the Kazakh National University of Arts and the University «Turan».

The program of the Olympiad includes the completion of the thematic task Videowork, in the format of performing a creative, practical and professional direction in 48 hours.
