Visiting foreign professor Huseyin Uzunboylu (North Cyprus) conducted doctoral studies

From 7-9 April 2025, as part of the implementation of the internationalization strategy of Turan University, Professor Huseyin Uzunboylu (University of Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus) conducted classes in the course of “Academic Writing” for PhD students.

The main topic of the lectures is: “Publication of articles in journals with a high impact factor in Scopus and Web of Science”. The visiting professor has many publications in the Scopus, Web of Science databases and a high Hirsch index. The professor shared the features of choosing high-ranking international journals, as well as preparing and publishing articles in them.

Doctoral students of “Economics”, “Management”, “Finance”, “Marketing”, “Psychology”, “Jurisprudence” educational programs took part in this course.
