From April 7 to 11, 2025, the course “Adviser on gender issues and human security” is being held at the Peacekeeping operations Center of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, in which A.T. Mukhambedyarova, doctor of political sciences, Director of the “Higher school of international relations and diplomacy” is actively participating.
The event is being held within the framework of the Bilateral military cooperation plan between the Defense ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
The course participants included representatives of the defense structures of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, as well as teachers and researchers from leading Kazakhstani universities.
The course contributes to strengthening regional cooperation in the field of peacekeeping, developing gender sensitivity in security structures and promoting universal principles of human rights protection.
