Guest Lecture on the Independence of the Judiciary and Guarantees of Its Provision for Students of the Higher School of Economics “Turan”

A special guest lecture for students of the specialty “Jurisprudence” was held at the Turan University Higher School of Law. Speaker Aydin Aslanovich Nurmukhambet, a member of the Almaty City Bar Association, shared his knowledge about the independence of the judiciary, its guarantees and key aspects of the functioning of the judicial system. The event was moderated by N.A. Aldabergenova (Professor) and A.A. Kadirbay (senior lecturer).

The students received valuable information and analyzed the role of the court and issues of ensuring its independence using examples, which allowed them to better understand the principles of the judicial system and the importance of judicial independence for the state and society.
