Academic mobility of Director of the Division of Doctoral Studies under the Erasmus+ program to the University of Calisia, Poland

Academic mobility is one of the most important strategic directions for the development of international cooperation. Turan University had received a grant for international short-term academic mobility of teaching staff to Calisia University (Kalisz, Poland), with which there is a bilateral cooperation agreement within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ program aimed at promoting the modernization and sustainable development of education system, vocational training, youth policy and sports.

Dr. Gauhar Niyetalina, PhD, Associate Professor, was selected by the university’s competition commission to teach at Calisia University in the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year as an experienced tutor.

In the period October, 2021, from11 till 15, Dr. Gauhar Niyetalina conducted a series of classes on the course “Effective Management and Ethical Leadership” in English and shared her experience with students of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Calisia University.
