About the course of the foreign scientific internship of Turan University’s PhD students at Yeditepe University

On April 24, 2022, twelve 2nd year PhD students studying in Economics, Management, Finance, Law educational programs, as well as three Master students of the Journalism and International Relations, began passing the foreign scientific internship in one of the most modern universities in Turkey – Yeditepe University (Istanbul).

 

In 1996 the Istanbul Education and Culture Foundation ISTEK founded Yeditepe University. Yeditepe University has 13 faculties and 6 departments in the School of Applied Sciences. The university employs an innovative academic and administrative staff whose goal is to nurture inquisitive, fully qualified professionals that are in demand in the business world. Yeditepe University is a research university, carrying out scientific research through 10 research and application centers. Yeditepe University is actively involved in international academic and student exchange programs. For the past few years, the university has consistently been included in the list of TOP-30 best universities in Turkey.

 

On April 27, 2022, it was held a meeting with the Vice-Rector of the Yeditepe University, Professor Ahmet Aydın, during which the PhD students presented him with a letter of appreciation on behalf of the Rector of Turan University Rakhman Alshanov.

 

The internship program is very intense, it includes meetings and seminars with the leading professors in business, management, finance, law, international relations, journalism and PR. Thus, Finance PhD students participated in the practical seminar at Vakıfbank.

At the end of the internship, it is planned to award certificates on the internship at Yeditepe University to all PhD and Master students.
