Workshop – “Artificial Intelligence”

Within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Forum “Global Changes: Challenges of science and education in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turan University, on October 05, 2022, the Department of «Computer and Software Engineering» organized a workshop on the topic “Artificial Intelligence” for students of the educational program “Computer Engineering and Software” and “Software Engineering”. The moderator was Uskenbayeva Raisa Kabievna, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of “Automation and Information Technologies” of K.I. Satpayev KazNTU.

Raisa Kabievna spoke about the development of ideas about artificial intelligence (AI), recent achievements in this field and current AI capabilities, showed how AI systems are currently being created, and spoke about the prospects for the development of this field of knowledge in the next 5-10 years.
