Queen University: a student from Turan University became the winner in an intellectual beauty and talent competition

On April 2, 2024, the final of the new intellectual and creative beauty contest Queen University took place. Two students spoke on behalf of Turan University: Alina Kubaeva, 3rd year, OP “Marketing”, and Aidana Sanatova, winner of the title “Miss Turan – 2023”, 3rd year, OP “Journalism”.

The winner of the coveted title was Alina Kubaeva, a student at Turan University.

The path to the final of the project was long for the participants. Initially, 19 students were selected from seven universities in the city of Almaty, but only 11 talented and bright girls were able to reach the end. They demonstrated their abilities in the fashion show, presented creative numbers and showed their intellectual skills by answering questions from the jury, which included winners of beauty contests, as well as experts in the field of design and fashion.

“Thank you! It’s very exciting! I’m glad that my goal was realized and I reached the final. I want to wear this crown with dignity,” the winner of the competition, Alina Kubaeva, shared with an Almaty TV journalist.

Students of the Turan University, Alina Kubaeva and Aidana Sanatova entered the top 7 and advanced to the grand final at the republican level, where the winner will receive 1 million tenge.

The winner adequately demonstrated her merits, confirming the high level of training of Turan University students. Her success is a vivid example of what talented and ambitious students study at our educational institution.
