Student competition of innovative solutions «InnoProject Challenge 2026»

On April 2, 2026, the Higher School of Information Technology at Turan University hosted the student innovative solutions competition «InnoProject Challenge». The competition was held for the second time as part of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists «InnoTech Connect: Connecting Ideas and Technologies».

A total of 16 projects were submitted by students from universities in Almaty, focusing on the development of innovative approaches in various fields, including information technology, engineering, science, and business solutions.

Based on the results, the winners were determined as follows:

1st Place Diploma – Rustem A.R. “Facial Recognition System for Enterprise Access Control,” Turan University. Scientific Supervisor: Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Kim Ye.R.

2nd Place Diploma – Kurmanbay M.M., Gaitinov M.R., Boribaev Zh.O. “Analytical Web Platform for Book Popularity Analysis Based on Implicit User Feedback,” Turan University. Scientific Supervisor: Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Kim Ye.R.

2nd Place Diploma – Vardanyan K.A., Gabdullin Sh.B., Matushkin D.G. “Development of a Secure No-Code Platform Using Artificial Intelligence Technologies for Business Process Automation,” Turan University. Scientific Supervisor: Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Tussupov K.A.

3rd Place Diploma – Dyukarev A.V., Dyukarev V.V., Aryutov V.V. “Design and Implementation of a Web Resource for Systematized Presentation and Distribution of Materials from the Kazakhstan Information and Encyclopedic Reference (KInES),” Turan University. Scientific Supervisor: Master of Technical Sciences Mambetov S.T.
