THE HIGHER SCHOOL OF LAW HELD AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE NUREMBERG TRIAL

The Higher School of Law at Turan University, in cooperation with the State University of Humanities and Technology (Russian Federation), organized an international scientific and practical conference for faculty members and students titled “The Nuremberg Military Tribunal: Lessons for Future Generations” within the framework of the International Association of Young Researchers. The main areas that were analyzed from a historical and legal perspective included: the formation of international criminal justice; the development of international humanitarian law; and the outcomes of the Nuremberg Trials in contemporary historical and legal discourse.
