The International Cooperation Department is a structural subdivision of Turan University, whose activities are coordinated by the Vice-Rector for External Relations and Doctoral Studies. The activities of the International Cooperation Department (ICD) as a whole are aimed at fulfilling the strategic objectives of the University outlined in the University’s Strategy, as well as at solving the complex task of creating a unique identity of the university in the international educational space. The role of the ICD is to ensure the sustainable development of international partnerships of the University, the implementation of activities aimed at strengthening the research, educational, cultural potential of the University through the development of internationalization processes.
At the institutional level, the ICD is the initiator, coordinator, as well as the executor of the internationalization processes. The activities of the ICD are regulated by the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as institutional rules and regulations.
