New Partnership in the Media Sector: Turan University and the Almaty Branch of JSC “RTRC Kazakhstan” Sign Cooperation Agreement

On April 2, 2026, an important event took place at Turan University. With the participation of the university’s Rector, Rakhman Alshanov, and the Director of the Almaty Branch of JSC “RTRC Kazakhstan”, Saule Zhirenchina, a memorandum of cooperation and an agreement on organizing students’ professional internships were signed.

This partnership opens up new opportunities for the university’s students. In particular, those enrolled in the educational programs 6B03201 Journalism, 6B03202 Public Relations, 6B06201 Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, and 6B02102 Cinematography will be able to undertake professional internships at the Almaty Branch of JSC “RTRC Kazakhstan” and gain valuable hands-on experience in the media industry.

The significance of the partnership was highlighted during the event by Chief Producer Zhanylhan Asylbekova and Director of the Higher School of Media and Intercultural Communication Anna Buzelo, who emphasized its positive impact on students’ professional development.
